Refund policy


What is your Refund/Exchange policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In stock items are eligible for Exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition, accompany a proof of purchase and be in original packaging with tags still on the products. All sales are final on FINAL SALE merchandise. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

Can I Exchange/Return a custom item?
No. Towels and Golf Bags that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged. These are considered Final Sale.

Does GHOST GOLF pay for return shipping?
No. Ghost Golf will not cover the cost of return shipping.
There is a Return Processing, Handling and Restocking fee on all returns for refunds, fee will be caluclated at the time of the return, in most cases the fee is under $15 (Golf Bags see below).

Golf Bag Refund/Exchange policy:
Golf Bags are eligible for Exchange within 30 days of purchase.
There is a $50 Return Processing, Handling and Restocking fee on Golf Bag exchanges and/or refunds.

Is my product covered under warranty?
GHOST GOLF products carry a one-month warranty. Warranty is not applicable to purchases made via third party vendors. Proof of purchase will be required to proceed with warranty resolution. We are happy to replace the item under warranty if that item is still available and in stock, however if the items is out of stock or currently unavailable, we will offer you a full refund for the amount you originally paid. Quality issues outside of six months will be addressed on a case by case basis.
